- SAEGS will work to create an environment that gives all students a sense of belonging.
- Each student will have an advocate within the staff that works one on one with the student and is concerned with the best interests of the student and his/her academic growth.
- The smaller setting in SAEGS will allow teachers to form positive and meaningful relationships with all students.
- SAEGS will be a student-centered school where decisions will be made in the best interest of the students.
- SAEGS will not only insure that parents are better informed of their children's progress but will also give them increased opportunities to become active participants in their progress.
