East Wake School of Engineering Systems will begin to personalize the high school experience for all students by:

• Creating a close relationship among student, teachers, and community through placement of students into the working community;

• Developing communication skills, utilizing proper workplace etiquette, and presenting information using 21st century technologies as the focal point;

• Collaborating the school and community efforts to help capitalize on the power of extra curricular activities - clubs, cultural arts, and athletics;

• Creation of the Warrior Buddy Program that partners 11th and 12th grade students with 9th grade students to provide an academic and social support system.
